These are todays pickings from our raspberry patch, and a couple of our roses too, how lucky are we.
Had a bit of a morning and feeling immense gratitude, never a bad thing, I have such an amazing life here in Chad, I meet such lovely people when I go out walking Baloo, it really is an all round amazing life I have here and it’s enabled by one very special person who doesn’t get thanked enough but who knows who he is.

Yep, it’s a frosty leaf. Nature is incredible.

Only thing I have to say today is listen to talking to Dr Nicole .holistic.psychologist on his podcast, gives a lot of clarity on mental health and how to look after yourself holistically.

Saturday was such a lovely day, went to again and picked up these beautiful flowers from Helen delicious cinnamon buns from and this amazing coffee and chocolate ‘thingy’ can’t remember its name but it tastes amazing from along with their sour dough and veg from
We’re so lucky to have this market nearby, it’s on till the 15th Oct at The Community Centre in Charlbury.

Big hands up to Chloe for supplying the most delicious focaccia which is available at This bread is off the charts and it’s such a great thing to be supporting someone so local. Looking forward to what’s coming in Chloe’s future where we can be tasting more of her wondrous creations!
