Canapés for 100+ guests in a field (a toasty marquee, we’re not mean) 🥂

What you saw… trays gliding round, glasses topped up, every guest fed, happy and asking who did the food.

What you didn’t see… the 6:30am start. Hundreds of canapés made fresh that morning, not a day before. And enough crustless finger sandwiches that I still see them when I close my eyes. 🥪
