🎧 Events Assistant Required – Join the Wedding Season Madness! 🎉

�📍 Based in Wiltshire | 🚗 Must Drive | 💪 Be relatively fit | Outgoing🎉

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, energetic, and hands-on Events Assistant to join our team during our crazy busy wedding season!
If you’re up for setting up sound systems, running photobooths, loading gear, and helping out with all sorts of wedding magic – we want you on board!

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assisting with the setup and breakdown of DJ and event equipment
* Running and managing photobooths and other event extras
* Supporting our DJs and event team before, during, and after events
* Loading/unloading vans and lifting heavy kit (you’ve got to be fit for this!)
* Keeping the vibe high and the stress low – even when it’s manic!
* Taking photos of the dancefloor and having a good time!

What We’re Looking For:
* Full UK driving licence (you’ll be on the move!) – Most weddings are Wiltshire based within an hour radius.
* Physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment
* Great work ethic, team spirit, and a calm head under pressure
* Weekend and evening availability – weddings don’t wait!

Bonus Points If You:
* Are confident dealing with guests and love being part of the action
* Can work independently and solve problems on the fly

End of year statistics (excluding with a few parties weddings left)
- 84 confetti cannons used
- Over 200+ photobooth props stolen by guests
- 8 weddings this year had dogs bring the rings to their couples 🐕
- over 100 glasses of PROSECCo & champagne consumed 🥂
- 0 wrong first dances played 🙏
- Killers - Mr brightside is still #1 played tracked
- Cameo - candy .. is on the do not play list.
It’s been a monumental year for us. Thank you to all the couples that have trusted us with their weddings ❤️ we’ve loved every one of them.

❤️ Mr & Mrs Hope ❤️
Last month we had the absolute pleasure of hosting the wedding of & … childhood sweethearts. We don’t get to see many of these anymore ❤️
We provided arrival music at the church, the ceremony and exit music. We then moved to their residence where the remainder of the wedding continued.
We were on full Master of Ceremonies duties for them both; from introducing them as the new Mr & Mrs, to hosting the mr & Mrs Gameshow, to introducing speeches and much more.
Moving onto the evening where the couple decided to have the full works for their first dance; confetti canon, dry ice, & cold sparkulars. In addition to this, the couple wanted to entertain their guests by having our photobooth and audio guestbook.
Thank you to you both, your family and friends for looking after us with your hospitality. Truly was a wedding to remember ❤️❤️❤️❤️
