Never too old to say ‘I do’

B&C needed a bit of a helping hand to navigate the world of wedding planning. They really knew what they wanted, just not quite how to make it come together.

A beautifully intimate day with 40 family and close friends, some delicious food and a little dancing.

J & G’s incredible wedding day was everything. They filled the barn with .events1 gorgeous trees and beautifully designed planters and then they filled the barn even further with over 150 of their friends and families who all got the memo about wearing colour!
Their wedding party, renamed the Rainbow Chorus 🌈, took to the dance floor for a flash mob moment to kick off the dancing!

There were so may stories shared, family remembered from far afield, and special moments throughout the day that made it one I won’t forget anytime soon. I’m wishing you both a very happy 1st wedding anniversary, I hope it’s as bright as you both! X

PARTIAL PLANNING 💚

This plan is for the dreamers. The couples who have all the ideas and all the plans and then feel like they could do with a hand to bring it all to life.

This plan is perfect if you love the idea of doing it all yourself but just want a little support, sense checking and ultimately, someone you can trust to deliver your vision.

This is a 3 month package, you can split those 3 months however you like but my recommendation would be to start straight away, kick off with one or two months to get the ball rolling, let me answer the big questions, get your main suppliers booked in. Then, you go off, make your plans and we come back together for another month before the day and I take the reins from there.

Or, take the full 3 months in one - this is usually for couples who are close to the day and need an emergency planner to jump on board!

We build your schedule, I take hold of your chosen suppliers, highlight any gaps or ways to make the day flow a little better, and you feel like you can enjoy getting ready for your day.

Planning a wedding is a mammoth task…..it’s a pretty big deal. And it is not for everyone.

Once you’ve celebrated your engagement and started thinking ahead to the day itself, you shouldn’t feel overwhelmed, you should be able to enjoy it and simply focus on the bits you want to. You’re busy people! That’s where I come in.

How can I help?

With a Full Planning package, I do the the planning so you don’t have to. This does not mean I do it without you though! You can pick up and run with whichever parts you enjoy, or you can leave it all to me, leaving you free to focus on finding the outfits, eating the food & getting hyped with friends!

First things first, let’s get to know each other. Whatever plan you choose, we will start with a free, no obligation chat, because you need to know me and I need to know I can deliver for you.

Once we are up and running it’s over to me to guide and support you through the process.

I’ll curate you a recommended suppliers list, based on your brief, get quotes and offer you the comparisons. I will talk you through logistics, advise you on areas you may not have considered, build a solid plan so you know where we are every step of the way. I will help manage your budget, create your style and ultimately deliver it all on the day itself.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION 💛

This is not just 1 day, this is a solution for those last few crazy weeks of planning. For the days when you realise you’ve still got lots to do, when you feel overwhelmed that your day is so soon and feel you need guidance, support and a helping hand!

An On the Day Coordinator is different to your venue coordinator and this can be the biggest misunderstanding when you start planning. A venue coordinator is there to look after the venue, whereas we step in to look after the whole event, all suppliers, guide set up and take down plans, timings, styling and so much more. We love working with venue coordinators and vice versa, so don’t fret!

How does it work?

As with all our plans, we start with a free call to suss each other out and make sure we are aligned! We give you a planning spreadsheet straight away to get thinking.

On the Day Coordination then commences 4 weeks before your day. You hand over your plans so far (keep hold of the fun bits if you like!), we build a solid schedule and liaise with your suppliers to confirm everything, working together until you are confident and comfortable that everything is in place.

Then, on the day itself, leave it to us! We are there to keep you relaxed and looked after. We will be the main contact for all your suppliers on the day so no one needs to contact you at all.
