WHAT DOES A TOASTMASTER DO FOR YOU ON YOUR WEDDING DAY?
As a Professional Toastmaster, I will:

* Hold a personal, initial face-to-face meeting (without obligation)
* Be available for advice from the moment you confirm your booking
* Provide a further pre-wedding briefing before the big day
* Arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before your guests arrive
* Liaise with the venue management, caterers, photographer, videographer, entertainment, DJ, etc.
* Greet your guests and guide or assist them as appropriate
* Welcome the Bride and Bridegroom, guiding and es**rting them
* Act as a professional reader if required during any part of the day
* Assist with organising photographs throughout the event
* Arrange the receiving line and announce guests if required
* Announce the wedding breakfast and any special notices (e.g. seating plan, switching off mobiles)
* Announce parents and other top table guests
* Announce and es**rt the Bride and Bridegroom to their seats
* Announce or say grace before the meal (if requested)
* Circulate the Guest Book or organise any other commemorative record (e.g. plate, photo frame)
* Announce the Cutting of the Cake and the First Dance
* Introduce the speakers in turn for the speeches
* Organise any presentations as required
* Make any other special announcements throughout the day and evening
