Yarny Pals,

The Yarnery will unfortunately be closed all day on Wednesday 28th October as we will all be attending the funeral of one our own incredible Purlers, Norah.

We celebrated Norah’s 93rd birthday together in June and it’s a memory I’m sure lots of us will treasure. Thank you all so much for your kindness, I’m sure it meant so much to her.

For those that knew what an incredible lady she was and would like to attend, please contact me directly.
John has asked that I give him a number of attendees so that they can be prepared on the day.

There will be no morning class on this day - memos will be sent out individually too in case this is missed.

🪴WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT🪴

Macrame Plant Hangers at The Yarnery. Who fancies another one of these? They’re ludicrously fun and I have SEVEN kits ready to go.

We need to keep this workshop small so there’s enough room for you all to make your hangers.

Full guidance given, all materials included to make your hanger and hot drinks will be provided for workshoppers to satiate you as your whip up your makes!

Come back again to learn how to create your own crocheted hanging plant at one of our Hookers sessions if you fancy?!

Colour options have been photographed and included in this post - they will go on a first come first served basis.

Yesterday’s Crochet Pumpkin Workshop was a DREAM! Thank you so much to everyone that came along and hooked with me at The Yarnery, it was autumnal and wholesome and wonderful.

I didn’t manage to get photographs of everyone’s, it was a crazy busy day yesterday so keep sending in your snaps!

If you didn’t catch the live last night, what were you playing at? We sold out of Cardiff Cashmere, we sold out of Brett’s Shhh and drove Julie to the edge 👀 It was wonderful and I’m so glad you guys joined us.

Shall we do more of these? We’ve got so much yarn it feels right that we show it off on camera for you all to see…

Hello my little sweet potato frittatas!

Couldn’t make it on to The Yarnery for Yarnstravaganza? FEAR NOT! I’ll be going live on the evening of October 9th with a sale.

At 7pm The Yarnery will be going live on Facebook to show you what I’ve had hidden.

Invoices will be sent out and collection can be made from Saturday morning OR I can post to you if you’re not local - please email the page with your email address for your invoices to be sent and postal address if applicable.

I can also show you around the shop if you’re a far away fan and answer any questions about the new stock and what’s coming in ahead of next season.

Just a heads up… Don’t expect a well polished live, it’s likely to be a car crash but if anything we’ll have a hoot and you can enjoy it from the comfort of your homes!
