COURSE UPDATE

It's been some time since we took our Online Care Certificate offline and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused however we bring you good news.

Our Online Care Certificate is back online but with a few changes:

Now students upon finishing each standard will be able to download their workbook to complete. Once students have done this they will work in their workbook remotely and upon completion students will now upload this to the system for our team to mark.

*(Group Leaders also have the ability to mark students workbooks as well as the In Care HO team)

Once the workbook has been completed authorisation will be given and students will then move onto the next Standard.

Upon fully completing the 15 Standards Students will be issued with there Certificate Of Completion.

The recruitment struggles we face across the sector is an overwhelming challenge for all and no one has that golden solution but there are things we can do to STAND OUT and be noticed.

Remember your job advert regardless of position could be the first time said candidate has come across your organisation so its time to shine.

2. Describe your surroundings and local town attractions.
3. Be specific about the roles duties.
4. Be creative sell the role to people.
