We supply chefs for businesses, individuals and events across your region, providing you with the right chef to cater for your specific kitchen needs. All chefs are tested and trained in Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, COSHH, Manual Handling and allergens.

PRIVATE HOUSES

Runnymede catering offers a private chef and chef hire throughout the region. The Private Chefs will be expected to take full responsibility for the running your event and planning of menus in order to cater for all the requirements of the family and their guests. Be it a family celebration, Christmas party, birthday party, 50th birthday or Romantic dinner. If you are planning a fine dining party, hot and cold fork buffet, finger buffet or nibbles we have experienced chefs to produce magic to make your day amazing and unforgettable.
We help cooking students in their houses within the Egham area and they get to gather parties and packed lunches, we are giving discounts.
A home party or a large party at a rented venue- we can come and cook in your home, our experienced chefs will work out a culinary programme to accompany your event and the very best ideas to make your celebration an unforgettable experience. Healthy and delicious dishes are a must.

SUMMER DESSERT
Warm berries compote with pancake
INGREDIENTS
450g mix berries
2 tsp. kirsch
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
5 big scoops of vanilla ice cream
60 g amaretti biscuits
5 pancake
Sweet mint
1Meringue
METHOD
Tip the berries and sugar into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over a medium heat, stirring, and allow to bubble for 10 mins. Leave to cool slightly. Add kirsch in to compote.
Place the pancake into 5 bowls, Scoop the ice cream into bowls and pour over the warm compote. Crumble over the amaretti and meringue serve. Garnish with sweet mint.
