What do we do at My Imagination?

We run courses and workshops teaching children how to self-regulate in a fun, interactive way to music.
Our goal is to ensure all children learn how to do this from an early age so they are able to recognise and manage their thoughts, feelings and behaviour to face and overcome challenges more easily throughout their lives.

Our next workshop is in August for age groups 4-6 and 7-9 years.
