Got to love a Marquee wedding. This was the amazing setting for Samantha & Dan's big day a few weeks ago. The Wedding Breakfast was catered for by the famous "Beefy Boys", and the amazing “bar in the round" was manned by Tom Noori and his team from "Movers & Shakers".

Thanks also to Sarah from Bisley Marquees who was so helpful throughout the day.

I was working with the incredible "Mark Walby Band" and together we kept the dancefloor packed the whole evening. The daylight photo of the busy dancefloor was actually taken at 6:45pm........ we didn't officially start till 7 😂

A busy week providing the entertainment for three parties.

After Ryan and Emily’s wedding at Kingscote Barn on Thursday, Doubletree Hilton Cheltenham played host to another episode of Prom Season, followed the next evening by Peter & Lisa’s wedding celebration to wrap up the weekend.

As midweek weddings go, this one is a belter.

Floor has been packed since we had the first dance, there’s a lovely cool breeze coming through the amazing Kingscote Barn, and everyone is smiling.

I love my job.

Was honoured to be asked to DJ my friend Jenny's daughter's wedding earlier this week at the beautiful Over Barn wedding venue. I worked with Jenny over 35 years ago, and it was only after I was booked to provide the music that I discovered that I had also worked with the groom's step-father Steve in the late 90s. It's a small world.

This amazing photo was of Ben and Vicky's first dance which was the country ballad "I'm Gonna Love You" by Cody Johnson and Carrie Underwood.

I don’t do many midweek weddings, but tonight’s party has got off to a lively start.

First dance was a lovely accoustic version of Niall Horan’s “Black and White”, with many joining the happy couple Clare and Paul onto the dancefloor midway through the song.

We’ve picked the beat up, and the dancefloor is full. Fabulous start to the evening.

A Monday night wedding in December? Why not? Here at this amazing venue in Worcestershire for the first time in around 8 or 9 years, and so much has changed.

Lol and Sammie’s guests really went for it for their first dance, and we had Ben Martin providing live Sax during the party too. What a night.

The Bishop's Cleeve Tithe Barn was the setting for Will and Hannah's wedding last night, and I was delighted to be able to provide the music for their evening party. ABBA was of course going down well, but everyone joined in to belt out "Sweet Caroline" in tribute to the Lionesses reaching the World Cup Semi-Finals earlier in the day.

The venue kindly let me play the famous "one more song", and the bride Hannah chose a tune she'd heard so many times before while working at my Hotel residency at Doubletree Hilton - my go-to finale - "New York, New York" by ole blue eyes himself Frank Sinatra. A great way to round off the night.

A really terrific night at Lilleybrook Golf Club on Saturday for the wedding of Kayleigh and Greg.

The father of the bride was really letting loose on air guitar to AC/DC’s “Whole Lotta Rosie”, but song of the night was undoubtedly driven by the Glasto-factor - Elton John’s “Crocodile Rock”.
