Some dishes for this lovely birthday party I catered for last weekend. I'm so happy with the flavour combinations from the Salmon to the salads & the Autumn fruit salad.

Hope you are all settling into the new year & keeping your new years resolutions! It's so hard when it's so cold, so I've been experimenting with some exciting flavour combinations & ate this last night. It's miso & mirin chicken with fine beans, radishes, peanuts & pickled ginger. Tasty & healthy - Perfect 😀
