Cheap Dirty Horse are a big rowdy q***r trash folk-punk band from Nottingham. Blending acoustic and electric guitar with banjo, accordion, bass, drums, and sometimes mandolin, they write energetic, joyful protest music. They sing about trans rights, dead billionaires, and the importance of doing the things you love. They sing about grief, octopuses, and stealing s**t. Angry, but always empowering.

No doubt set for big things, not least due to their appearance on the soundtrack to arguably one of the biggest movies of 2025, 28 YEARS LATER… and just like the film, That Band Called Susan's performance will leave you exhilarated, uncomfortable and perhaps a little scared.

FRANKLIN ANSELM //
Franklin Anselm is a folk & soul singer songwriter from Nottingham with lyrics combining politics, s*x, love and religion all delivered with a highly emotional and melodic vocal style. Franklin's stage presence can feel like you're at a surreal stand-up comedy show one minute and then communing with gay angels the next. Influences include Anhoni, Nina Simone, John Martyn and Arthur Russell.

AFTER SHOW PARTY

After-Party at 2Pigs, Cheltenham, with DJ Sam Atlantis and maybe a special guest or two… Free Admission to the club before 1am with proof of gig admission.
