IMMUNE BOOSTING FOODS
Just for you, my vegan friends, I've done some research on Immune Boosting Foods with serving suggestions.
Now although this will NOT guarantee you won't get the Corona-virus, these should help boost your immune system to deal with it.
Here they are:
spinach
garlic
ginger
chillies
onions
broccoli
grapefruit
orange
red pepper
mushrooms
sauerkraut
oats
sweet potatoes
kale
nuts
berries
barley
chlorella
almonds
cinnamon
black or green tea
Serving suggestions:
You can have porridge for breakfast with berries, nuts and fruit.
Make fruit and veg smoothies with the spices and chlorella in them.
Stir fry al-dente the veggies.
Light boiling is the best way to get essential vitamins from sweet potatoes.
