When should you send your wedding invitations?

For most weddings, aim to send them 4–6 months before the big day. This gives guests time to make plans and gives you time to collect RSVPs before final numbers are due.

If you’re getting married abroad, celebrating over a bank holiday, or have lots of guests travelling, 6–8 months ahead is a better guide.

And remember: your invitations need to be designed, printed and assembled before you can send them. If you’re planning something bespoke, get in touch with your stationer well ahead of your posting date.

A huge congratulations to Emily & Todd, who tied the knot at the absolutely stunning Clearwell Castle.

Their wedding stationery was the perfect mix of classy, elegant and personal, with beautiful details throughout and we especially loved their fabulous gin-themed table setting!

From their stationery to the little details that made their day completely them, it was such a pleasure to be a small part of their wedding day.

Hello, I’m Annabell, but everyone calls me Belle

I’m the face behind Bellapeach Creative, where I create beautiful, bespoke wedding stationery designed to tell each couple’s story.

When I’m not in my studio designing invitations or organising a hundred tiny details, I’m usually busy being a mum of two, planning my next trip to the beach or cheering on the rugby!

A few things about me:

🌊 The sea is my happy place
🦈 I’m slightly obsessed with sharks
📚 I love a good crime novel
🫖 Tea keeps me going
🍽️ I love cooking
🏉 I’m a huge rugby fan
🤿 I’ll happily give most watersports a go
🏃🏼‍♀️ And I’m nearly always on the go!

Proof that pink belongs at weddings 💕🌸

Earlier this year, I headed to Stroud for a gorgeous styled shoot at The Sub Rooms, working alongside some seriously talented local wedding suppliers.

And yes… we went VERY pink. 💗

Because who says wedding stationery has to be neutral?

Pink can be romantic, fun, modern, bold and completely beautiful when it’s done right. From the stationery and flowers to all the little details, this shoot was all about embracing colour and showing just how much personality it can bring to a wedding.

I loved creating the stationery for this one and seeing everything come together with such a brilliant team of suppliers.

A little reminder that your wedding doesn't have to follow the rules.
