Mind, Body, Goals!

Time to reset for Summer? Join our Gym or Gym & Classes Memberships.

Gym opening times: Monday to Thursday mornings (6.15am-7.45am) and Monday to Thursday evenings (5.30pm-9.30pm) and Fridays (6.15am-7.45am and 5.30pm-9pm) and weekends (8.30am-3.45pm).

Classes are held in the evenings (Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Piloxing Barre and Yoga) and we also have social sessions for adults - Social Tennis (Monday evenings) and Social Badminton (Friday evenings).

For children (with parental/guardian supervision), there are the Skate & Scoot sessions on Saturday mornings for £3 per person. Come and have fun on the tennis courts in the Summer.

Well, that was tense 😬 We were so pleased to be finalists for Sporting Venue of the Year in the awards 2026.
