PJ and I catered our last two parties last weekend.

We have loved doing PJ's Kitchen together, but the time has come to move onto other important things... like spending precious time together.

From opening in lockdown with doorstep takeaways for kids, to attending events in The Scran Van, to the PJ's Kitchen Picky Party Platters, we have thoroughly enjoyed cooking together and having fun in the kitchen.

But time is short and our list is long, and we need to make more time for all the other things we want to enjoy together.

We want to thank all our customers, from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Sausage rolls were on the menu today. Fresh out the oven and delivered to our discerning little customers.

PJ made all the fruit kebabs herself this morning and she also got trained up on the cheese & pineapple sticks. She then came out on the delivery to be nosey and see how fab the party looked - we can confirm it looked lots and lots of fun 🎉

It was PJ's 8th birthday this week and she wanted to share a party platter with her friends. She chose the menu herself and it was gobbled up by the little ones and us big ones, all with great big smiles on our faces.

PJ chose:
Cucumber sarnies
Cheese & tomato pizzas
Cheesy twists
Jam tarts
Choccy dipped marshmallows
Choccy rice crispy cakes

Good choices 👌

PJ has officially started her training. She is looking to progress from her role as Chief Taste Tester and start to do a bit of everything else with the vision of taking over the business as Chief Saturday Girl by the age of 11.

This Saturday, she did her first stint on food prep and took charge of the fruit kebabs, and she did a sterling job. She then helped with some of the packing, and she came along for delivery duties too.

When she heard she'd made herself £5, her face lit up and she said, 'Ooh I like working for money'.

Well done PJ! Employee of the week goes to you 🌟

Jam tarts were on the menu this weekend, along with choccy dipped marshmallows and fruit kebabs... and that was just dessert.

In fact, this weekend's birthday girl had exceptional taste! She also chose rice crispy chicken nuggets, sausage rolls and ham & pineapple pizzas to share with her friends.

Ordering from PJ's Kitchen is simple. We list all of our menu items on our website and you choose six items from the list.

On the day of your party, we get our make and bake on and serve it all up on platters so that your guests can dive in.

This party chose:
Jam sarnies
Cheddar cheese sarnies
Mini cheese & tomato pizzas
Veggie sticks & houmous
Sausage rolls
Fruit kebabs

In our opinion, the mini pizzas are a non-negotiable menu item 😋

Here's PJ doing a mighty fine job of modelling our Choccy sprinkle traybake that was sent off early this morning with Rosa, the birthday girl, to share with her friends.

PJ found it hard to hand this cake over on the doorstep this morning: sprinkle cake is her absolute fave cake in the world 🌎
