Sagar was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day, we could not recommend him enough if we tried!

Not only is he an exceptional coordinator and DJ, he was hospitable, kind and supportive when it came to making our day perfect. We first came across Sagar and his team at a family wedding in Marbella and we were quickly impressed by the excellent coordination of the wedding and his attention to detail when it came to each event. Sagar was hands on from our first meeting, he took us through the day in detail so we could make sure everyone knew their role and the day went smoothly with no major hiccups. He made sure we were able to enjoy our day, handling any issues we had. At one point when we were running behind, Sagar was able to complete our pictures in half the allocated time! It’s things like this which were extremely important to ensure everything ran on time. Sagar went above and beyond for us, even staying after his services were complete to help us with the reception.

His music services are unique and something we had never seen before. Sagar helped make our wedding personal and meaningful to us and he was able to recommend songs which matched perfectly to each step of the wedding ceremony. We are still getting compliments to this day!

If you’re still contemplating booking with Sagar and his team…RUN, don’t walk! They are simply THE BEST!

I met Sagar at another wedding and seeing his work I knew I had to book him for my wedding (was not even engaged at the time). He was the first supplier we booked once we started wedding planning, and it was the best decision. At our initial meeting Sagar explained each part of the Hindu wedding ceremony and what it signifies, which we were so grateful for.

Sagar did our ceremony wedding music, and in all honesty a review wouldn’t do justice in explaining how amazing he was. We are still getting compliments about how epic and different it was. We had several meetings in the lead up to the wedding and Sagar began to gauge our personalities and suggested music which was personal to us. On the wedding day this meant our ceremony music was very much personalised and not generic.

Sagar and Pritesh ensured the whole day ran smoothly, were great at crown control (necessary at a 450 person wedding) and went above and beyond in ensuring we looked and felt our best during the ceremony. They coordinated well with our other suppliers, including our priest, and were warm, friendly and pleasant towards our families and guests.

We feel that Sagar has become more than just a supplier, but also a friend. If you’re still thinking about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Dear All

I am urgently seeking a professional photographer and videographer, preferably using the same camera, for an upcoming event as the previously booked individual is unable to fulfill the commitment due to personal reasons. The event details are as follows:

Date: Friday, December 22, 2023
Time: 11 am to 2 pm
Participants: 150 – 300 families from diverse racial backgrounds, with children aged 4 to 16
Venue: Stratford Youth Zone, Theatre Square, London E15 1BX
Event: Department of Education Funding Youth Christmas Event

The initial photographer charged £600 for both services due to the unique nature of the event. The previous photographer's details and quote are outlined below:

"Based on the request for 3 hours of work + travel for photo/video, an additional 4-5 hours will be dedicated to post-production for photo selection/editing, touch-ups, and video editing to ensure a perfect end result.
Quote: £750
Special Price for Public Sector Youth Christmas Event: £600
20% deposit required to secure the booking.
Total Hours: 8 hours, including post-production.
End result (Photos/Video) provided on USB."

I am urgently exploring alternative options, so please let me know if your photography or videography company is available at such short notice. This event is expected to become an annual occurrence.
