Morning all!🙂🥵 8am and I am already melting! Anyways, .... .reason for post!! On The Latch in Althorne is having its lazy day car boot sale tomorrow, Sunday 22nd June from 12 mid day and just wanted to let people know I am going to be there , after having a real good sort through my floristry and crafting materials ...which may be of interest to any floristry students /Flower lovers and various crafters. Items such as floristry books(ideal for floristry students), huge box of reels of poly ribbons, various embellishments, big box of fabrics (fat quarters etc) display vases etc, along with general well loved/no longer using household items. Big THANK YOU to everyone who took time to acknowledge and comment on my New 'Buzzy Bee' Floristry Van😀😀 spent a week being terrified to drive her😂 a week working out all the tech on her 🤷‍♀️...and now as the days have gone on, we are definitely 'best Buddies'👩🚙💚💐

We have had a makeover!! After a fair few years of flying around in the black van with pink flowers delivering flowers - it was time to say goodbye to the van affectionately called 'the batmobile' so have taken the opportunity to have a new fresh look and logo for Heavenly Petals🙂, and....... a new van !!😃😃😃😃😃 (her name is buzzybee by the way😁)

Important Announcement For Latchingdon Residents

Following the receipt of the planning application regarding land south of 45 The Street and considering the level of resident interest in this matter, we have arranged a special public meeting at the village hall on Saturday, February 15th, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
The purpose of the meeting is:
1) To allow residents to provide feedback to the council, and
2) To provide residents with guidance on responding to planning applications.

Please note that our scheduled full council meeting on February 27th at 8 p.m. has been moved to Thursday, February 20th, at 8 p.m. This change will enable the council to consider and respond to the application within the consultation period, which ends on February 25th.

We hope you will attend the public meeting on Saturday, the 15th, and look forward to seeing you then.
