Green beans (hand full)
Rapeseed oil x 250mls
Couscous x 1kg

1. Please clean and wash all vegetables and seafood thoroughly.
(I used lemon and vinegar to wash my Whelk meat and prawn carefully)
Add seasonings to you seafood (your choice)
2. Pour couscous in a container and add 250ml of hot water and leave to soak while you are getting other ingredients ready.
3. Heat up your pot and when dried add rapeseed oil and allow to warm.
4. Fry prawn and set aside. (About 2 minutes).
5. Fry Whelk meat and set aside also.
6. Add 1 chopped onion plus scotch bonnet and fry until almost cooked.
7.Add chopped carrot and leave to cook for few minutes
8. Its now time to add your couscous slowly and stir so it does not seat at the bottom of the pot. Frequent stir is important.
9. Add you seasonings to taste and cover pot to steam.
10. At this point you can add the green beans.
11. Check the couscous if it does not need water to make it softer. If so add water slowly and stir.
12. Leave to steam again and repeat process until you are satisfied.
13. At the very end, you can add your seafood.

YOUR COUSCOUS IS READY WHEN YOU ARE READY.
