As September fades, we’re embracing the rich colours and textures that come with a new season — warm oranges, deep burgundies, golden yellows and plenty of gorgeous seasonal foliage. 🌻🍂

We absolutely love this time of year in the flower shop, watching nature’s colours change and bringing a little bit of that autumn magic into our designs. 🤎

🍂🌻 Autumn has arrived at Beehive! 🌻🍂

We absolutely loved creating this beautiful, wild and wonderfully autumnal door wreath, packed full of sunflowers, seasonal foliage, eucalyptus and gorgeous warm autumn tones. 🍁

Even better, hearing how happy our customer was when they received it made our day! 🧡

🐝💛 A HUGE THANK YOU! 💛🐝

We honestly can’t thank you all enough for the incredible support you’ve shown Beehive Florist and for taking the time to vote for us in the British Florist Association Retail Florist of the Year 2026 awards. 🌸

Every vote, message, comment, share and kind word has meant so much to our little team. After more than 30 years of being part of the Chelmsford community, it’s incredibly special to feel so much support from our customers, friends, fellow florists and our wonderful local community. 🥰

We’ve worked so hard over the past year to keep learning, growing, evolving and creating beautiful flowers while staying true to who we are — an independent, family-run florist that loves what we do. 💐🐝

Now the votes are in… and all that’s left is to wait! 😍

🏆 The awards will be announced on 3rd October 2026.

Whatever happens, we already feel incredibly proud and very, very grateful.

THANK YOU for believing in Beehive Florist. 💛

Lots of love,
Team Beehive 🐝🌼

✨ What an absolute pleasure! ✨

It was such a privilege to spend some time this week at Somerset House, working alongside the wonderful Good Florist Guide team and creating floral designs for the incredible Diana exhibition with Fleur de Villes. 🌸

What an amazing day! I was surrounded by so many incredibly talented, creative and hardworking designers, and it was such a joy to share ideas, techniques and inspiration with each other.

I came away feeling incredibly inspired — and with so much new knowledge and fresh ideas that I can’t wait to bring back and share with the Beehive team. 🐝💛

I absolutely love opportunities like this that allow me to step outside the shop, learn from other talented florists and continue to grow and evolve creatively.

A huge thank you to the Good Florist Guide team for such a wonderful opportunity. It was an absolute pleasure to be part of something so special at Somerset House. 🌿✨
