What a fantastic day Danaher Animal Home - RSPCA created for Santa to come and see lots of excited children and wonderful dogs that people brought to see him at the home.

Once again they gave me the privilege to raise money for their very worthy cause by taking pictures of such a happy and memorable event for everyone young and old to enjoy so much there to see and taste.

So far I think I might be lucky and manage to raise a staggering nearly £800 with even more coming in now from selling prints and even large canvasses. This is from people really loving the finished edited high quality portrait.images they've received to their liking.

Well to say the Danaher Animal Home - RSPCA Open Day Event wasn't a huge success would be a gross understatement.

Fine weather although a bit breezy brought many dogs with their humans, and lots of fun was had by everyone during the whole days activities.

The organisers placed me with my photo stand in prime position, and with that my assistants Jackie, Helen with myself managed over 40 photoshoots of people with their gorgeous dogs against my new backdrop everyone loved.

With my camera tethered to a 17" screen laptop people saw live the images we had just taken. So gladly ordered bargain priced large prints even canvases wow'd by what they saw for their £10 donation. This was for fully edited image files sent to them, with all monies going to Danaher.

If you were one of those who supported that day ,then thank you so much for making it such a success for me and my team.

I've taken many 1000s of doggie photos over the years, and most I'm happy to say I'm usually quite pleased with.

But now and again a very special one is grabbed at just the exact best moment, and I think this one of these puppy sisters all loved up and bonding warrants being one of them.

I was really delighted to be asked to be the official photographer on a special boat trip on the River Blackwater organised by the Carers First Facebook Community charity.

Around 32 unpaid kind hearted Carers were invited on this the first of 2 trips planned, and the weather though hot was perfect for cruising.

With everyone on boards written permission, here are just a few of the 100s I took. So I'm hoping all the wonderful people I met and had so much fun that day taking these pictures, will also love and enjoy their free image downloads Iv'e arranged for them through the Carers First Charity.

Sometimes a photoshoot is not always as great a fun as I love them to be.

I received a call from my friend Steph telling me the sad news that her 20 year old Pony was in so much joint pain, that she had to make the heartbreaking decision to have her put tho sleep that day.

So would I give her and her family and friends who also loved the Pony a memory of them all together for the very last time, they could treasure for always, and here is a slideshow of that day.

I had the pleasure of being asked to attend The Carers First Charity at Temple Barns Cressing on the 19th Mar 25.

Glorious weather prevailed and everyone who came loved the whole events program.

I set up my photo stand and managed to raise £200 doing portraits for a £10 donation all going to the charity.

Here are a few that I did, and a big thank you to all those who supported me to help those wonderful carers I met there.

This beautiful pony Toz (Tosca) is an amazing 34 year old standing next to Emma who has grown up with her since a child.

This wonderful moment Iv'e captured here forever I'm sure will stay in Emma's heart always.

The completed album for both days when Santa came to the Castle Pub in Great Leighs to have breakfast with the children is now live online for parents and family to view.

If I say so myself, using all the special Elf magic given to me by Father Christmas, they have turned out rather lovely by having such beautiful little ones coming to see him, and it was nice for me to be able to capture those wonderful candid moments.

A lovely lady named Helen was there and she runs a Cancer Charity which is very involved with the children who came and sadly needing their support. They truly touched my heart, and I have promised her half of the money that I receive from any downloads or prints sold, plus will do any fundraising events for them completely FOC.

Once again back to Danaher Animal Home - RSPCA for there Toys & Treats event, and although a storm was blowing hard making attendance a little low. We still managed 16 shoots raising a much needed £160 for the animals keep.

Thank you all sooo much for battling through that weather and supporting me if you did make it, and I do so hope you loved how your pictures turned out with or without Santa for your effort.

I've been working non stop since Sunday evening editing the images I took at Danaher Animal Home - RSPCA Fun Day Sunday 1 Sept 24.

Why! because I just love how they are turning out and the feedback Iv'e had from some of those who supported me has been truly overwhelming making it all so worth while.
