tucked away in little waltham, the windmill chatham green is intimate, refined, and seriously impressive.

the 8-course tasting menu by Chef Tom Clarke is a beautiful journey through modern british flavours—seasonal, creative, and full of standout moments (yes… the focaccia with marmite butter lives up to the hype and I can see why everyone who has it is obsessed)

from smoked mushroom arancini to torched salmon, succulent duck and a rich chocolate finale, every dish was incredible..

paired with relaxed and friendly yet super knowledgeable service and wine pairing from Nancy, it made one of the best dining experiences we’ve had... bold statement

already planning our return for a sunday roast...
