Last weekend two weddings. Two couples. One team that turned up, cooked their hearts out and absolutely refused to let anyone go home hungry. That's the only way we know how to do it. 🔥🌸

Honestly the best feeling in the world is watching guests go back for seconds. Then thirds. Then the slightly embarrassed fourth plate they pretend is for someone else. 😂 We see you. We respect you. We packed extra. 🙏

We've been feeding your celebrations for SIX YEARS and completely forgot to celebrate ourselves 😂 Too busy with 5am prep and becoming M25 regulars 🚐💨

From nervous first weddings to absolute chaos at corporate parties to birthday dance-offs near our stall - what a ride!

Another mental week in the books! 😀🙃 but we love these!

Two massive corporate events including our amazing NHS family (you guys are legends ❤️) and our weekend? Completely booked solid with birthday celebrations!

When people keep coming back and trusting us with their special moments... honestly, it just hits different. We're out here living our dream - bringing authentic Thai flavours to celebration, big or small.

From boardroom lunches to birthday parties, watching faces light up when they taste our food never gets old 🥢✨

🔥 MONDAY MOOD: Still recovering from the epic weekend vibes! 🔥

Charlie & Joe just threw the most LEGENDARY wedding party in Shrewsbury and we're still finding confetti in our woks! 🍜✨

150 guests + Pad Thai and Thai green curry= PURE CHAOS (the good kind!)

Our Pad Thai was flying off the plates faster than the bouquet! 🌸 Pretty sure someone tried to propose to our Green curry (we get it, it's irresistible) 💚

Charlie & Joe - you absolute LEGENDS! May your marriage be as hot as our chilli sauce and as sweet as our mango sticky rice! 🌶️🥭

Okay, not gonna lie... last weekend absolutely wrecked us (in the best way) 😅

Three events. Back to back. And honestly? We're still buzzing from it all.

Thursday corporate gig had suits loosening their ties over our Vegan Stir-fry .

Friday's bday was pure chaos - good chaos. The uncle kept sneaking back to our station, asking if we could cater family dinners. Sir, we see you 👀

Saturday bday crowd? They didn't want to leave. Like, seriously, we had to start packing up around them because they were too busy enjoying themselves to notice we were done 😂

Here's the thing : we went into this weekend thinking we were just serving food. But watching people's faces light up, seeing strangers bond over shared spring rolls, having kids ask their parents, "Can we get the Thai people for my birthday?"...

That's when it hit us. We're not just feeding people. We're creating those little moments that make events actually memorable.

Monday reality check: We're exhausted, our feet hurt, and we've probably eaten our body weight in leftover Satay.

But would we do it all again next weekend? Absolutely 💪
