🤍 Some beautiful tributes from last week 🤍

For this funeral, I created an anchor in whites, blues and purples, a little wreath in yellow, blue and white and a pillow in yellow and white. 💙💛

Each piece was different, with its own colours and meaning, and it’s always so special to create flowers that help families say goodbye to someone they love.

It’s a real privilege to be trusted with these pieces during such a difficult time. Thank you to the family for choosing me. 🤍🌿

🤍 A very special tribute 🤍

When the family came to me with a photo of their dad’s Bedford truck and asked if I could recreate it in flowers for his funeral, I knew just how special this one was going to be. 🚛🌿

Being able to take something so personal to someone and turn it into a floral tribute is one of the things I love about what I do, even though the reason behind it is heartbreaking.

Every little detail matters, and I’m so pleased I could help create something so special to remember him by. 🤍

A little sneak peek at some of this week’s work 🌼🤍

Last week it was 2 weddings, this week it’s been 2 funerals. Two completely different occasions, two completely different styles of floristry, but both just as special in their own way. 💐

I love how varied this job can be, going from creating flowers to celebrate a new chapter to creating flowers to say a final goodbye. ❤️

🌻 2 weddings. 1 weekend. 2 completely different styles. 🤍

What a weekend it’s been at Forget Me Nots Florist! 💐

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of creating the flowers for Chelsea & Derry 🍂
Think warm autumnal tones, beautiful oranges and yellows, sunflowers, dahlias and lots of gorgeous seasonal texture. 🌻🧡 they got married at St Giles The Abbot and then they went to The Granary Barn at Fields Farm Staffordshire for there reception which was beautifully decorated by venue_perfection

Then on Sunday, it was Cassey & Jake’s big day 🤍
A complete change of style with classic white, black and green, soft, elegant and timeless, with roses, hydrangeas and delicate little details. 🌿🤍 they got married at Freehay St Chad’s Church and then they went to westonhallstafford for there reception.

Two weddings. Two very different colour palettes. Two completely different bouquets… but both made with lots of love. 🥰

I absolutely love that no two weddings are the same — and getting to bring each couple’s vision to life is one of my favourite parts of being a florist. 💐
