Play Cafe PlayCafe has now become part of the Creative Studio family. Our focus is to create brilliant customer experience with events, products and merch.

Check out our new site at playcafe.org.uk The sessions provide a unique one or two hour activity for under 5’s and their carer’s. It gives the grown up’s an opportunity to get together over coffee and food and it gives the little ones and opportunity to play, learn and have fun. Additional services are made available where possible, such as financial budgeting courses, healthy living sessions and

activities such as Christmas Parties, swap shops etc. The intention is to build up the local communities for the good of future generations to come. Sessions also provide a mixture of paid work and voluntary experiences for the 4 staff required to run each session.

The Play Cafe started as a mobile Cafe with lots of play equipment, crafts, themed events and singing for the people of Staffordshire Moorlands. I set it up with over 30 years experience in running events for families. When we lost our main venue, we wandered. Getting a good kitchen, setting up and cleaning the massive amounts of soft play became too difficult to manage and sadly The Play Cafe went online. We would be happy to start again, but would need volunteers to make it work. If you are interested in this get in touch it would be brilliant if we could make this available to a new generation.
