A little reminder about our platter deposits…(yes, I’m having a moan!)

Our platter deposit isn’t simply for the return of the platter – it’s for the return of a platter that can actually be used again.

Recently we’ve had several platters returned, the deposits have been refunded, and only afterwards we’ve discovered that many were damaged beyond reuse.

Our platters are designed to be reused. Once they’re returned, they’re thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next booking. By being able to reuse them, we keep waste down and, just as importantly, help keep our catering prices as low as possible for everyone.

We’d really appreciate it if you could return them in the same condition you’d hope to receive them in. It makes a huge difference and means we can continue to offer quality catering without unnecessary replacement costs.

Thank you to everyone who already does this – we genuinely appreciate it.

A returned platter is brilliant. A returned platter we can actually use again is even better. 😊
