NEW SPECIAL ALERT!!!
This week we have brought back the meat fest grilled cheese!
Toasted bloomer filled with homemade bacon jam, chorizo, pepperoni, mozzarella and garlic mayo!
We also have Biscoff brownies, peri peri sausage rolls and of course our new brown sugar syrup iced latte!

This is not the type of post we ever wanted or thought we'd have to write but here we are.

Some of you may have noticed we have been raising money for our wonderful friends Lauren & Tim who lost their baby at the start of this year. He was cared for by the Oliver Fisher Special Care Baby Trust. Lauren and some of our friends were raising money by taking on the three peaks challenge this month. The money was to be donated to this amazing trust who helped them in many ways.

Unfortunately, our lovely staff noticed while a customer was waiting for their food that the charity donation pot had been taken, this customer disappeared into the woods then came back to collect their food. After being confronted he continued to threaten our staff and verbally abuse them. The pot was found in the woods in the exact spot he was, broken and empty.

We are so disappointed. To take charity donations for a wonderful cause and abuse our staff after being caught isn't acceptable.

We are going to donate and double the money that has been taken ourselves. If anyone else out there feels they would like to contribute please follow the link to the Just Giving page. Obviously it doesn't cover the actions taken by this individual but, maybe a good thing can come out of this situation and together we can get the donations up for this incredible cause.

As it's summer it's about time we released our new summer iced latte. This year we have the Brown Sugar Iced Latte made with brown sugar syrup. Sweet, rich and maple-like, with warm caramel notes that pair perfectly with espresso over ice.

We hope you didn't melt away too much yesterday, it's way cooler today.

TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Due to the extreme heat forecast tomorrow, we’ve made the decision to close for staff safety.

Temperatures inside the van are expected to exceed 45°C, and unfortunately it would not be safe for the team to work in those conditions.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding and support.

We’ll be back open as normal the following day.

What a scorcher of a bank holiday weekend! We hope you didn't miss us too much yesterday, we are back open today, we have a limited number of our Cuban pork tacos but will be loading up more for tomorrow onwards. Also please be aware it's going to be very hot in the van over the next few days, please be patient as it's not the most comfortable environment for us to work so service could be slower at times and if it does get too hot we may close early for staff safety.
