Just another bunch of Devon grown loveliness heading out the field.

This was a for a very special lady’s birthday.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I am having so much fun getting to pick and arrange flowers for my lovely customers.

Please get in touch today if locally grown flowers, matured without the use of pesticides and fungicides, and presented in plastic free packaging are your thing.

A little dahlia cuttings video for you all.

This is how I take my cuttings. As I say in the video I was inspired by David Hall of to stop taking chunks of the tuber and it really has worked.

Having watched a video by Sarah of I have been inspired to try cuttings in soil blockers.

I will keep you updated on how things go.

I love taking cuttings, it increases the number of plants you have, the flowers on dahlia cuttings can also vary quite dramatically from the mother plant and the plants are generally stronger.

Much as I adore the pastels, I also love love love the brights. They are just so cheerful and guaranteed to bring a smile to the recipients face! Just look at my big grin!!
