Here are a few things your bridal hair and makeup artist wants you to know.
1. Ai images. We are being shown AI images more and more and they’re really hard to tell the difference sometimes. It makes it hard for brides looking for inspiration as the makeup will not translate onto you in the same way. We have pores and texture on our skin and nobody is that symmetrical!
2. Your skincare routine is so important before your wedding day. A good spf applied daily is a good start. Go to somewhere like Space NK and speak to someone there who can recommend a good routine tailored to your skin. Also drink lots of water!!
3. Please try and get the dresses steamed before hair and makeup. Have a look at your hair and makeup schedule and see who is last and ask them if they would do it. Don’t wait until last minute once all the glam is done.
4. Lastly this is something I know all hair stylists will agree with me on. Clean hair is absolutely essential on your wedding morning as this will get the best results. Don’t worry about it not lasting as long because we will have a case full of products to help with this.
