Thrilled to say we are back in the Old Ship Garrett Street Cawsand tomorrow 2nd October for our local Pop up market. We are so looking forward to moving back in.

Rory from Pard Builders and Josh from Elleschild joinery have given their time over the last couple of weeks to re do the Old Ship roof and make it watertight. We are all so grateful and can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and kind dedication so that we can keep the Old Ship open. We are so lucky to have them in the community .

FRIDAY POP UP CAWSAND 🤗
While I come back down to earth this morning just to let you know the Pop up in the Old Ship today and next Friday is in the Congregational Church Hall whilst the roof is being repaired . Cakes teas and coffees as usual 🤗🥰

David Essex in Plymouth last night was just wonderful. Still got his amazing voice and blimey those eyes still twinkling at 79!
Now to set up our lovely Friday Pop up🥰🤗🤣

In 2025 alone, We've seen over 2,500 visits. That's 2,500 moments of connection, laughter, and support that happened right here in our village.

We've faced Covid, loss of grants, and rising costs—but we've stayed open because of this community. Now, we just need one final push to fix the roof, and secure our future for 2026 and beyond.

Tomorrow we have a vintage Fair in the Old Ship. Our last one was a great success and lots of fun.
We will also have a table selling vintage china with all proceeds going to the Old Ship roof.

My car boot is full of bulbs and a few Easter flowers. Looking forward to planting up for our Easter 🐣🐣🐣Pop up shop on Good Friday in the Old Ship Cawsand.
We are then back every Friday until Christmas. Come and join us for coffee cake and a browse 🌼🐣🤗
