Jam on toast cookies, yes it’s a thing 👀

Mr HVB has succumbed to the TikTok video I keep sending him and the original recipe and video is from ‘Lungi is always baking’

We’ve got Mrs HVB’s homemade sourdough bread which has been toasted and then smothered in salted butter and topped with one of the best Strawberry jam. This is then blitzed up and added into our own cookie recipe and then the remaining crumb sprinkled on top. There’s also white chocolate chunks inside as well. He’s only made a small batch as a trial but if you love them we will ensure to make more next time!

Happy 1st of September and the ‘ber’ months have now arrived! I’m full of happiness as my favourite season is approaching 🍁🍄🍂

Autumn brings hot chocolate boxes, apple crumble blondies, cinnamon swirl blondies, Pumpkin S’mores brownies and Halloween treat boxes ~ keep an eye on our page to find out what’s on the menu each week at the market.

Afternoon Tea deliveries are still available so please do message to book one in.

Mr HVB will be back at Waterlooville market this Friday from 8.30am and we’ll post all the offerings on Thursday for you.
