Right from my first appointment back in November 2025 with Cleo, all the way up to picking my beautiful dress up with Laura just before my big day, I couldn't fault the service I received! The memories my mom, sister and I made on my first appointment were so special and ones we will cherish forever. I felt you all really looked after us and we were not rushed at any point, even when I tried my dress on before alterations to decided on my veil (Xander was especially complimentary too 🙈) I felt completely at ease and special!
