Thank you so much to James and Sally Halsey, father and daughter duo, who gave us a lovely concert two weeks ago. James gave us his customary entertaining and informative introductions to the pieces and the duo played perfectly together, bathing us in the music. Although the music was Classical, the concert was not at all 'high brow' and was enjoyed by all who attended, with or without a 'Classical' background. If you were there, we'd love your feedback. If you weren't there, we hope that they'll come back and you will have another opportunity...

James Halsey, who has delighted audiences at All Saints' in previous years with his solo cello performances, is returning with his accompanist, daughter pianist Sally, as the Halsey Duo on February 23rd for another late afternoon, candle lit concert with refreshments. We just know from experience that this will be a lovely event, and will be posting details of tickets etc. very soon!

'Local Folk' concert - new start time!
The start time for this concert has been pushed back to 4.30pm to allow people who wish to attend the talk at Caryford Hall as well to come to both events.

'Local Folk' is coming back! A showcase of acoustic music from various times and places, played by local artists. Sunday, 17th November at 4.00pm in All Saints. Advance tickets £10 from Bailey Hill Bookshop and the Tourist Information Office. Tickets on the door £12. 16s and under free.
Refreshments will be on sale before the concert and during the interval.

There is still (just) time to get advance tickets for The Brue Boys this coming Saturday at 7.00pm, at the bargain price of £10. Tickets will be on sale at the door for £12, but advance sales not only save you money, but also really help us to plan our events and catering.
This will be a great night out, with refreshments and a bar before the concert and during the interval. Doors open at 6.30pm
