I can’t believe I’m having to write this, but unfortunately, it’s come to this. ❤️
From now on, I will no longer be chasing people up for deposits. All deposits must be paid within 48 hours of making an enquiry, unless otherwise agreed with me.
If a deposit isn’t received within this time, I will assume you no longer wish to go ahead, and your booking will not be secured.
Please understand that enquiring about balloons does not automatically reserve your date, and I cannot guarantee availability without a deposit.
It’s becoming increasingly stressful having people message the day before balloons are needed, or days after my cut-off dates for certain holidays and events, and then being upset when I explain that it’s simply not possible to accommodate.
I have cut-off dates in place for a reason, as everything takes time, planning and preparation.
I will always do my best to accommodate requests where possible, but I also have to be fair to myself, my time and customers who book in advance.
Please respect my booking process and cut-off dates, as I cannot be held responsible for last-minute enquiries or missed deadlines.
Thank you to everyone who understands, respects my policies and continues to support my small business. ❤️
