Our beautiful granddaughter Poppy is the strongest little girl we know.
She has been through so much since December with several heart operations which have been unsuccessful.
We now await anxiously for a precious gift of a heart ❤️
To help support our wonderful and equally as strong son Kevin and daughter in law Becca, we have collaborated with the stunning Hidden River Cabins (where they got married) who have very kindly donated one of their beautiful lodges to raffle off and raise funds to ease the financial pressure off them so they can concentrate on Poppy whilst they all remain at the Freemans Hospital PICU.
