Hi Everyone, For those who don’t know me, my name is Laura Copland I live in Longtown with my family in our beautiful woodland dream. I have been part of hospitality for over 26 year. Formally a full time as a Wedding Planner in Gretna Green, a position that I adored but wanted to concentrate on our expanding business.
