We love helping you bring your event vision to life — but there are a few practical things to tick off first that make all the difference on the day:
✔️ Indoor or outdoor?
Planning ahead for our Great British Weather means there's no surprises or panics on your big day
✔️ Ceiling height & door width?
Larger props, like arches, need to fit through doors and stand safely in the space.
✔️ Access time?
Knowing when we can set up and pack down helps us plan delivery slots and avoid clashing with other suppliers or your ceremony start time.
✔️ Parking availability?
Some venues have tight staircases, long walks from the car park, or limited access hours — we just need a heads-up so we can plan accordingly.
✔️ Theme/aesthetic?
This helps us match props to your vibe — whether it’s romantic and rustic, glam and modern, or something totally unique. Need us to swap the flower colours out? We'll do all we can to help!
✔️ Venue inclusions?
We don't want to clash our props or colours with any other suppliers or anything you're bringing yourself.
✔️ Where will the props be used?
Ceremony backdrop? Cake table? Photo zone? Knowing the placement helps us plan out the right scale and styling.
