The 2025/26 mini & junior football season gets underway tomorrow morning. It's absolutely fantastic to be able to have 5 teams this year representing Carew AFC. The mini/junior section continues to snowball as we develop and progress each year.

The newly formed Under 6's, coached by Kyle, Dave & Wally, are home to Johnston FC. Kick off is 10:30am.

The Under 7's, who are bursting at the seams, have entered two teams in to the league this year are both home. Carew will host Tenby AFC and Carew Rooks will play against Johnston FC U8's in a friendly (original fixture postponed). Both games kick off at 9:15am.

The Under 8's start their season in Tenby against The Seasiders. They are due to kick off at 9:00am. This is always a great battle between two great sides!

Our newly formed Under 11's, who have been put through their paces in pre-season, are without a game unfortunately. They will be itching to don the Rooks badge next week and get their season underway!

A big thank you to the Bullock brothers for their never-ending support for the Club. We are so grateful for your continued support!

Our match sponsor this week is Beavers Retreat Glamping. A big thank you to Iwan for his continued support with the junior section!

Come along and support the Rooks! 🦅

With the junior/mini season set to kick off this weekend, we’d like to introduce some of our coaches. Up first, we have the newly formed Under 6’s. A huge shout out and thank you to Kyle & Richard…

Best of luck for the upcoming season with Rooks’ Under 6’s! ⚽️

Some of our Under 6’s, 7’s and 8’s were fortunate to be mascots & flag bearers yesterday when Haverfordwest County AFC faced Caernarfon at the Bridge Meadow stadium. A wonderful experience for them all and they even got to play a game on the pitch at half time! ⚽️ It was live on Sgorio, so you may have caught a glimpse of the mini Rooks on TV!

What an amazing day we had yesterday for the Aled Davies 100. Aled was a club legend and would of been incredibly proud of Tom and his team of helpers who make this day one of the best days of cricket on the calender. A big thank you to all the players who took part and congratulations to Cresselly on winning the trophy 👊. The Aled Davies Memorial Fund
