Return of the Mac & Fire and Flank are looking for hardworking, dedicated and fun people to work at busy street food events through out South Wales.

The roles will involve; making and serving customers street food with a smile.

Additionally, you’ll be expected to clean as we go to maintain a clean / tidy environment, end of day clean down, help with set up and take down of gazebo set up at start and end of events.

Hours will vary depending on what events we are at, for example our current event is 25 hours a week over 3 days and our next is roughly 22 hours over 4 days. The ability to be flexible on working hours is highly desirable.

No experience is required as full training will be provided. Ideally you’ll have a hygiene level 2 certificate but if not then we can arrange for this. Additionally, being a driver / having your own transport would also be beneficial although not essential.

October the 10th we will be teaming up with in Llandaff north to bring you a mac and cheese extravaganza! You will be greeted with a bottle of time flies beer by and proceed to 2 of our most popular mac and cheese flavours, the lock stock, a smoked cheese sauce with chorizo and pancetta and a crispy panko crumb on top, the Kevin and Periperi a peri cheese sauce with Periperi chicken and finally the brand new Frankfurter and otis, a time flies beer cheese sauce with Frankfurters and crispy fried onions! (vegetarian options available upon request) On the side will be our delicious pink slaw and we will finish the evening with some decadent chocolate orange brownies! Tickets will be £25 And are available direct from Mr. Brightsides. @ Mr Brightsides
