Covid-19 Hires:
We are now offering basic hires with limited staff as Covid-19 Cases fall for a select few of our inflatables however our terms of hire have been extended due to safety for ourselves and yourselves which MUST be adhered to by yourself, the hiring customer. This includes:
Inflatables will only be set up in private, back gardens with gated access.
The inflatable is to be used by the household members and chosen other household. Under no circumstances must you invite other family members/neighbours etc round to play.
We are only accepting hires where inflatables will be set up on grass.
The inflatable cannot be moved whilst on hire, however this is already standard procedure.
Access must be clear with the gate open prior to arrival.
Customers must remain in the house whilst the inflatable is being set up/taken down.
If an outdoor socket isn't available then your own extension lead will need to be plugged in and put outside for us to plug into prior to our arrival.
Payments must be made online prior to the hire to avoid contact.
You must agree to our terms and conditions prior to the hire(https://www.a1jumpandbounce.co.uk/…/coronavirus-information…) as these won't be signed on a paper copy as we normally do, this is to reduce the risk of contact.
The inflatable will be disinfected again upon delivery & collection and then after collection left in storage for a minimum of 5 days before being cleaned thoroughly ready for hire again.
You must inform us if upon booking if anyone in your household is showing symptoms of Coronavirus or have had symptoms in the past 14 days.
If any member of the household start to develop symptoms of the Coronavirus during the hire period then the use of the inflatable must cease and we must be informed of this immediately.
We are in no way promoting social gatherings or parties. The hire of inflatables is for the household only to keep the children entertained during these difficult times.
