We aren't quite ready to update you on this year's Cardiff Christmas Market but we can tell you that our first event of the year will be taking place in Cardiff Bay over the Easter Bank Holiday from Good Friday 3 to Easter Monday 6 April. We have a great selection of hand made work together with some delicious chocolate brownies and welsh cakes. We will be open from 10am to 5.30pm each day and you can view everyone taking part on our website www.craftfolk.com (just click on April)

Just in case anyone was wondering we are currently firming up our 2026 events for this year. Some of our events need approval but as our City Centre events are subject to agreed planning permission we can tell you that the dates, for your diary, are as follows:

Cardiff Spring Festival
Thursday 7 to Saturday 16 May
Cardiff Summer Festival
Saturday 1 to Saturday 15 August
Cardiff Christmas Market
Thursday 12 November to Wednesday 23 December

As soon as our other events are confirmed, probably in February, everyone on our database will be emailed the Request for 2026 Event Application forms for their completion and return.

This form will also be uploaded to our websites for anyone to download.

The Cardiff Christmas Market is officially closed for 2025. Many thanks to all those who made it possible by building, organising and stewarding. Our thanks must also go to everyone who purchased from our talented makers proving, yet again, that hand made work is very much appreciated.

As we enter into the final days of the Cardiff Christmas we would just like to remind everyone that some of our stalls will be closing on Sunday 21 December, with the remaining stalls closing on Tuesday 23 December. This is because we cannot physically dismantle 70 stalls in one night. Please see our map below for further details.

Busy weekend in Cardiff, not just the Rugby, but the market is having a turnaround as well. Some of our makers will bring leaving this Sunday evening to be replaced by brand new makers for you to enjoy as well. Keeping the market fresh and always having something new for you to see whether you are a regular customer or visiting for the day.
