EnthusiasmEvents Cardiff Providing sound / music / hire / entertainment / promotion / print and management for your event. We operate all over South Wales and the West of England.

We are an entertainment & promotion company with over 10 years experience based in Cardiff. We specialise in providing:

► Music equipment hire. PA (Public Address) systems, drum kits, DJ equipment, backline, projectors, disco lights, smoke machines, audio and lots more.



► Entertainment. A wide range of over 30 quality party DJs, live bands and performers of any genre, burlesque, fire breathers, circus acts, dance classes, DJ lessons. All of our entertainers are friendly and reliable.



► Promotion. We have our own promotional vehicles such as a pop up DJ truck, through to a Tuk Tuk ready to be stamped with your brand. We also include flyer and poster distribution, social networking, e-marketing, visuals and more.



► Print. We provide highly competitive prices on all types of print from flyers, posters, banners and stickers….. just ask for a quote!



► Event Management. With 10 years event management experience we can assist in the organisation of your event (big or small), to ensure your event runs smoothly and successfully. When you’re running a conference, presentation or corporate event, one screen isn’t always enough.

At Enthusiasm Events, we can supply multiple screen solutions to make sure your content, presentations and speakers are clearly visible from every part of the room.

Whether you need 2 screens, 4 screens or a whole room full of them, we can create a setup that works for your venue and your audience.

From large-format screens at the front of the room, to additional confidence screens around the space, we’ll help make sure nobody is craning their neck or wondering what’s on the screen! 😄

We were there providing the band backline. Great setting, great atmosphere and plenty of live music throughout the day.

For us, backline hire is about more than just dropping off a few amps and a drum kit. It’s about making sure the musicians have what they need to get on stage, set up smoothly and get on with playing.

We provide band backline for festivals, events, gigs and venues across Cardiff and South Wales — from drum kits and bass amps to guitar amps, keyboards, mics and more.

Another event delivered, and another very happy client! 🙌

We recently had the pleasure of providing full AV production for this fantastic event, creating a professional, fully branded event space from the ground up.

Our team supplied and managed everything from the stage, branded set flats and lectern, main screen and four repeater screens, full PA system and event lighting, through to video mixing, PowerPoint presentation support and pipe & drape.

But for us, it’s never just about supplying equipment.

We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, approachable and genuinely customer-focused service. We work closely with our clients, listen to what they need and, wherever possible, go the extra mile to make sure everything works exactly as it should.

It was particularly rewarding to receive such positive feedback from the client, who commented on how professional and accommodating our team were throughout the event.

A huge congratulations to our good friends Mike & Kayla on an absolutely beautiful wedding yesterday at Insole Court, Cardiff. 🥂💍

It was a real pleasure to be part of your special day and to help bring the atmosphere to life. From the moment the music started to that unforgettable first dance, the whole day was filled with great people, great music and some seriously good vibes! 🎶🕺

For the evening, we supplied the full setup — PA sound system, disco lighting, DJ booth, DJ, microphones, monitors and everything needed to keep the music flowing from the live band through to the DJ set.

This video captures just a little taste of the night, from the couple’s beautiful first dance through to the live music and DJ taking over the dancefloor. ❤️🎵

What an incredible run of events at
I’m incredibly proud of the positive feedback from the team, particularly around my calm and professional approach, discretion and communication with the wider Artist Liaison team.

With myself at Enthusiasm Events providing professional, discreet and reliable Artist Liaison/Runner support to the fantastic Depot Live team.

Working behind the scenes, my role was all about making sure artists, bands and crew had everything they needed — often dealing with last-minute requests and the unexpected challenges that come with live events.

From specific dietary requirements and large food & drinks orders, to hotel runs, laundry, sourcing specialist music and technical equipment, transportation and all the little details in between — no two days were the same!

I had the absolute pleasure of working across shows involving some incredible artists, including Katy Perry, Pete Tong, The S*x Pistols, The Stranglers, Hollywood Vampires, Biffy Clyro, Self Esteem, Garbage, Skunk Anansie, Richard Ashcroft, Bowling For Soup, Sammy Virji and many more.

Artist Liaison is all about being calm under pressure, professional, discreet, adaptable and an excellent communicator, particularly when working around high-profile artists and their teams.

It’s been a fantastic experience and a real privilege to be part of such a brilliant team, helping deliver some seriously memorable shows at one of the UK’s most iconic venues.

A massive thank you to everyone at Depot Live for having me on board and for the fantastic feedback. It was an absolute pleasure working alongside you all.
