My love of ceremonies came early in life when I'd go to weddings with my father who was a minister, and the individuality of every love story enchanted me as a child and still and my parents never kept me away from the sadness of funerals as they believed the closure it brought was an important part of life's circle. It was always so profound to me that certain things simply must be celebrated. It's a part of being human. Through the centuries we've adapted, conquered, evolved - and celebrating every chapter in between is invaluable.

I am passionate about people and their stories, as every story is unique, and like a forest we are all woven into the same invisible tapestry. We're bound together whether we like to admit it or not, and when we accept the beauty, complexity and strength in love that that binding provides, we can't help but celebrate and honor all the beauty within this one short life. Let me help you create that marking of a chapter - with your story, your memories and your love.

I'm happy to work with you on anything that means something to you. I do weddings, funerals, pet funerals, baby naming ceremonies, adoption ceremonies, hen-do ceremonies, new-mum ceremonies, renewal of vows, big birthday celebrations, you name it - I'll work with you to create a ceremony that brings together all that matters and deliver a unique and meaningful ceremony for all involved.

I was brought up in Africa (Zimbabwe and South Africa) and have lived in 7 countries and travelled extensively. I am inspired by the fact that it doesn't matter where we're from, what language we speak, or how we commemorate stages of life - we share the same desire to mark events and celebrate loved ones with loved ones. I love to incorporate traditions, culture and rituals into ceremonies, keeping the story of the past and our roots alive. I look forward to exploring options with you and introducing ways to do this in your own bespoke ceremony. ✨

Probably one of my favourite with of and and it had me thinking…

Imagine with this as your backdrop?
Imagine a as you silently glide over the cave homes where people dwelled 1000 years ago. Welcoming a new day and a new chapter…

Something we actually saw on this particular flight was crew tearing along dirt roads to get to an open area to unroll a huge sign in time for their guests to see it from above - laughter and cheers erupting in the quiet crisp morning air.
