On our menu you can now find Tom’s Favourite ( Crep Hoff Tom ) .
Rather an unusual combination : Sliced Banana on grated Cheddar with plenty of cracked black pepper . But let me tell you it’s really worth a try ! It has become one of my go to’s when in need of some good energy .
So , who is Tom we get asked a lot . Tom is one of our wonderful customers returning to us at many festivals always ordering a banana cheese crepe .What’s the story we asked him when he first ordered his special request and the answer is a very humble one . Growing up in a hard working family , cheese and banana was simply an affordable and nutritious option for Tom’s mum to put on his school sandwiches. To Tom and his family today it’s the taste of happy childhood memories and a little way of honouring a hard working and loving mum . We feel that’s reason enough to add Tom’s favourite to our menu and sharing a lovely family story . Diolch yn fawr Tom 🥰

This weekend we are at the Royal Welsh Spring Show and we not just have all your favourite crepes to enjoy but we have also brought The Veggie Platter with us today .
We are proud to be able to offer a solely vegan and vegetarian streetfood stall . Delicious and healthy really goes well together - check us out !
