The cake went out with these canapes - peri peri chicken on sweet potato with mayo, keralan curry prawn and dill blinis with smoked trout salad. Plus salads to accompany fillet of beef, followed by birthday cake and local berries

The hens were able to pre choose their starters, main and dessert from a choice of 2 of each course on Saturday - always a bit of a juggle and is more work - but nothing is too much trouble!! 😉
