Painted special one off commissioned pieces. It contains lead but it is in an encapsulated form.

These are the prices for my China commissions,the low price is for a simple picture and writing and the higher price is for as much as you'd like. Please ask if there are particular shapes of China you are interested in,and I will try to source it for you and estimate a commission price. Plates

I create my own designs on many different shapes of white bone china : door plaques; clocks; buttons; brooches; cups & saucers; mugs; baby bowls & two handled mugs; bowls; plates; eggcups...if there is a particular shape you are looking for I will try my hardest to find it to paint for you.

Using ceramic enamel paint,the china is then fired at a very high temperature in my kiln so that the china is completely usable..it is dishwasher & microwave safe,although using a dishwasher would eventually cause some wear. I use paint bought from a company assuring that says it is safe to use. Wherever possible I use unleaded.

A recent commission for a wedding tea-set gift.
This is how we go about producing a commission ~
I was given instructions for a CC monogram ( their names both begin with C) a picture of the couple,sugar lumps inside the sugar dish & their dog hidden underneath the teacups in the dips.
The rest is inspired from their wedding flowers & jewellery & anything that was relevant.
