Bringing the experience to ‘The Experience’

Recently, we installed 5 - 4mx3m meeting pods for CX2026 (Customer Experience Conference 2026).

EES Agency reached out because they ‘loved the look of the domes’, and for a conference all about immersive experience, we were thrilled to work together.

The event brings together professionals from across the financial services industry to explore the future of customer engagement, operational strategy, and emerging technologies.

And with that narrative, traditional meeting furniture was left behind, and the domes stepped in.

We’ve just wrapped up a fantastic project for the Otsuka National Meeting 2026.

Working alongside Total Destination Solutions Inc. and Maritz we helped turn the hotel's ballrooms into a hub of 44 private breakout rooms using our 5mx6m Office Pods, 8m Panoramic, and 10m Panoramic.

The goal was to keep a massive pharmaceutical meeting all under one roof, without needing to find a larger venue.

We handled the long-haul delivery from New York and had the entire setup ready to go in just a short day.

It was great to see the Hyatt staff and the Otsuka team experience our pods for the first time. It turns out you don’t need more square footage, you just need to use the space you have differently!
