The 8m Panoramic was the ideal choice, offering 40sqm of space, accommodating 44 seated people

7 hours across the US from Rochester, New York, all the way to the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) annual meeting.

One of the US's most prominent meetings dedicated to anterior segment surgery.

And what a fabulous result 🤩

Our first meeting with ASCRS holds a special significance for us. After learning that a competing solution failed to meet its promised sound-reduction standards, we were eager to demonstrate the Evolution Dome difference.

On the busy show floor, our LED Panoramic stood out, creating a quiet, intimate environment perfect for meaningful discussions.

Exhibiting at Expo Expo allowed us to showcase this firsthand, which successfully created a brand-new business relationship.

Recently, we installed 5 - 4mx3m meeting pods for CX2026 (Customer Experience Conference 2026).

EES Agency reached out because they ‘loved the look of the domes’, and for a conference all about immersive experience, we were thrilled to work together.

The event brings together professionals from across the financial services industry to explore the future of customer engagement, operational strategy, and emerging technologies.

And with that narrative, traditional meeting furniture was left behind, and the domes stepped in.
