Event organisers around the world follow some very strict guidelines.

So it’s our duty to ensure public safety is a priority, and you, as an organiser, don't have to worry.

In the US, to ensure our structures are safe, we make sure that;

- Structures comply with ASCE 7 for wind and load calculations and relevant IBC Chapter 31 requirements.

- We follow the Event Safety Alliance (ESA), which outlines operational protocols for public-facing events under variable weather conditions.

- Ingress and Egress: Calculate exit widths based on anticipated flow rates, as advised in the ESA Event Safety Guide.

- Sightlines and Security: Ensure structures do not obstruct CCTV coverage or emergency vehicle access routes, emergency lanes in US city codes.

Enter Community@Infosec: a brand-new hub created in collaboration with the Cyber House Party team. Designed as a dedicated space for real conversations, networking, and evening events, RX Global needed structures that stood out from standard shell schemes while delivering serious functional value.

Here is how we brought it to life: 👇

The 15m Inflatable Cube: Served as the main visual anchor on the show floor, housing the Community@Infosec social zone, panels, and networking events.

The Nexus Pod (Debut!): Provided a quiet, fully enclosed, branded media studio right on the show floor for the Infosecurity Magazine editorial team—allowing editors and journalists to conduct live interviews and meetings without leaving the action.
