We are a small, family business based near Ramsey in Cambridgeshire and serve the area within a forty – fifty mile radius. We have been collecting our stock of lovely antique and vintage tableware over a number of years and are still adding to it when we find something special.
We can cover around 150+ people currently and this continues to grow steadily. We have arranged our pricing in packages for you to choose what suits your event and the number of guests you are catering for.
Our china is delivered to you wrapped in matching trios (a cup, saucer and tea plate) so that you can use them matching or mis-match them as you please. Our cutlery is mostly silver plated and we ensure this is at its best (polished) ready for use.
You can expect Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, 1940s, 50s, 60s and 70s pieces. One of our USPs is that we can supply some vintage china for young children such as Bunnykins, Beatrix Potter, Sooty and Sweep, Mother Goose etc.
Our collection includes tiered cake stands, butter dishes, tea strainers with holders, jam pots as well as the trios, sandwich plates, servers such as ladles and tongs and cutlery. Our collection is for the tea table rather than dinner settings.
If you would like decorative table cloths we do have a number in various sizes, many of which, are embroidered or have hand-made lace edging.
Some props are also available such as a cream-painted metal rose arch, giant wine glasses which look great with flower arrangements in and we have stretch chair covers with sashes and sparkly brooches.
Another element of our collection is a rustic buffet servery for presenting food in an interesting way. This includes dough troughs, stone bottles and jugs, jug and bowl set, Edwardian tureens and sauce boats etc.
We have saved the best piece of information until the end …. We do the washing-up for you!
