Some of team are hosting our annual spiritual retreat. And one of our wonderful guests has brought this beautiful quartz crystal harp to our retreat.
For anyone wondering what this gorgeous instrument does: it is made of pure glass tubes that create a deep, ringing sound—almost like a giant, magical wind chime.
We can't wait to use it during our group meditations! The soothing vibrations are absolutely incredible for calming a busy mind, melting away stress, and helping everyone drift into a state of total relaxation.
