Sitting in the chair I will use the iconic skin food products to cleanse, tone, massage, and moisturise, giving us the perfect prep for make up. Starting with some box breathing I find this step is a welcome grounding point.

A fantastic few days learning the ‘Weleda way’ at the training centre, I will be incorporating this into my services going forward.
